Speckles is a sweet little guy with a heart full of love and a personality that shines brighter every day. He’s 100% kennel trained and does great in his crate. He may be a little sad at first when it’s time to settle in, but give him a little time (and maybe an Audible story), and he calms right down.
This little Velcro pup lives by the motto “actions speak louder than words” because he shows his love every chance he gets. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who always wants to be by your side, Speckles is your boy — you’ll never have to wonder where he is!
He’s learning how to play with his foster sister and is slowly but surely coming out of his shell, showing more of his playful side every day. He loves simple joys like walking the driveway with his foster family, relaxing on the couch watching TV with his foster sibling, and being carried around on piggyback rides by his favorite person.
Speckles does need an understanding home when it comes to mealtime, as he can be protective of his food and prefers to eat separately from other pets. But one of his cutest little quirks is how he uses his adorable underbite like a built-in shovel — tipping his bowl over and eating his food off the ground instead. 😍
This sweet little man has so much love to give and is just waiting for the right family to help him keep building his confidence and feel safe, loved, and at home forever. ❤️
